The space
​This private 2nd-floor apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. It includes a complete kitchen for home-cooked meals, a living room with a dedicated workspace, and a laundry area inside the loft to make your stay easy and stress-free.

​The bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap so you have one less thing to pack.

​Sleeping arrangements include:
– ​Bedroom 1: One queen bed
​- Bedroom 2: One twin bed
​- Living Room: One queen pull-out sofa

Guest access
You have full, private access to the entire 2nd-floor loft. The entrance is completely separate from the shop downstairs. You’ll use a private staircase that leads directly up to your space, so you can come and go as you please with total privacy during your stay.

– ​Parking: There is free 2-hour parking right in front of the building which is perfect for unloading your luggage when you first arrive. For the rest of your stay, there is a large, free municipal lot located directly behind us. There are no designated spots, so you can park anywhere in that lot. As long as your vehicle isn’t in the same spot for more than 12 hours, you are all set!
​- The Outlet Trail: If you enjoy walking or biking, you are just a short walk from the scenic Keuka Lake Outlet Trail. It’s a beautiful way to see the local scenery and waterfalls.
– ​Wine, Beer, Dining & Shopping: You are in the perfect spot to explore! You can walk to several unique boutiques, local gift shops, and great restaurants right here on Main Street. Many of our famous local wineries and craft breweries are also just a short drive away.
